Depending on the nature of your project we may or may not have to do the work at your site. If you can provide all of the necessary information for your project via mail or electronically, your entire project can be completed remotely.

For more complex projects, we may have to visit your site for information gathering purposes. Typically we start a project at your location to learn your products & procedures from your staff and gather all the necessary information. Then we design and create your publication off-site. We will return to your location as often as needed to for review and get the project completed properly.

And of course we can do the entire project at your site if you prefer.

While we prefer to do our work in Adobe products, your Technical Writing job can be completed in any format you like. Regardless of the working format, the final documents will be presented in Adobe's Portable Document Format (.pdf) unless you specify otherwise.
